The Right Candidate For This Role Will

• Have experience teaching in Foundation Phase KS1/2
• Hold QTS status
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Have in-depth knowledge of the Curriculum
• Use consistent and effective behaviour management techniques
• Be proactive, hardworking, and approachable
• Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Adapt to various behaviour management schemes
• Provide two educational references from recent employers

It Would Also Be Advantageous To Have

• SEN skills (desired but not essential)
• Experience with The National Reading and Numeracy Tests (desired but not essential)
• Knowledge of the local area
