Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting Primary School Teachers to work across Leeds in EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Roles range from flexible day-to-day cover to longer-term positions with potential permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience teaching in a primary school.
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Able to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Capable of building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 according to schools’ needs.
• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum.
• Maintain positive pupil behaviour and classroom routines.
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse pupil needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with staff and support SATs or assessment activities.
