Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is seeking qualified Primary School Teachers to cover day-to-day supply across Leeds. You will work in KS1 and KS2, delivering lessons, following school planning, and building positive relationships with pupils.

Opportunities for longer-term and permanent roles are available, with DBS and safeguarding checks as part of the onboarding process. Expect competitive rates and a supportive team, with PAYE paid weekly and access to CPD courses.

Qualifications

• QTS is required; ECTs are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs are encouraged to apply
• Experience working across KS1 and/or KS2
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Confidence delivering lessons across a range of subjects
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• Reliability and the ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
• A commitment to safeguarding and pupil development
