Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a Primary Teacher for a mainstream Primary School in Bristol to cover KS1. You will deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum, manage classrooms effectively and inspire confidence and enthusiasm in pupils.

The role offers flexible contracts with short-term to long-term, part-time and full-time options, a PAYE payroll, and market-leading daily rates of £145-£230. QTS welcomed; strong communication and organisation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs welcomed) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in a UK Primary School
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive and adaptable approach to teaching

Responsibilities

The school provides a welcoming learning environment where pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1 are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher to work across KS1, with opportunities available across short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time contracts. The successful Primary Teacher will take responsibility for full class teaching, delivering engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum while maintaining high standards of teaching and classroom management.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)


• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School


• Sound knowledge of the KS1 Primary Curriculum


• Excellent classroom management


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
