Job summary

Vision for Education are recruiting a full-time Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming two-form-entry primary school in Bordesley Green. The position runs until at least March and offers a solid opportunity for an experienced teacher to join a supportive team.

You will plan, deliver and differentiate engaging lessons, manage behaviour and monitor pupil progress within a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Year 4 teaching experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to supporting pupils' academic and personal development.
• Availability to work full-time until the October Half Term break.
• Two satisfactory references.
• An Enhanced DBS with Update Service or willingness to apply for one.

The Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your class, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure pupils are supported to make progress both academically and personally.

Requirements

The successful Year 4 Teacher will ideally have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Experience teaching Year 4 is desirable.

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
