Job summary

Heart of Supply Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Primary Teacher to join our flexible supply teaching team in Gainsborough. You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, building positive relationships with pupils and staff, and adapting quickly to a variety of school settings.

We offer day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles with a supportive consultant, safeguarding checks, and competitive PAYE pay.

• Flexible teaching approach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Flexible, day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles.

Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

What you will need

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
• A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
