Job summary

Heart of Supply is seeking a Primary Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Lincoln. Roles range from day-to-day supply to short-term and long-term placements, with opportunities to transition to permanent positions.

The ideal candidate holds QTS with UK primary experience, demonstrates flexible teaching, strong classroom management and excellent communication, and is prepared for DBS checks and vetting as part of our safeguarding process.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting.
• Minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK.
• Ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in a variety of primary settings.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Adapt to different schools and age groups (EYFS–KS2).
• Follow pre-set work while bringing creativity and energy to the classroom.

Contract: Flexible, day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles.

Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

What you will need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
