Job summary

Exclusive Education Ltd is recruiting Primary Teachers to join a range of welcoming primary schools across Cheshire. Roles cover Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 with short-term and long-term placements.

You'll lead classrooms, craft engaging lessons, and work in friendly, inclusive settings that value creativity, commitment, and safeguarding.

To be considered you must hold QTS, be eligible to work in the UK, provide two references, and have a current DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS qualification and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Must have experience working with children (school placements included).
• Must provide two references covering the last two years.
• Hold a current DBS registered to the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a positive learning environment through effective behaviour management techniques.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes early childhood education principles.
