Job summary

Supply Desk Ltd. seeks a KS1 Year 2 teacher in Eastleigh for a part-time 0.4 contract, 08:00-16:00 on Thursdays and Fridays. Start date: November 2nd, 2023? through July 2027. Pay: paid to scale. We value curiosity, outdoor learning, and high standards, with ECT training preferred for this job share role.

The successful candidate will join an Ofsted-good school within a trust, supporting SEND learners and mentoring LSAs to deliver engaging lessons. DBS compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced Year 2 teacher with high expectations.
• Ability to manage 3 LSAs in the class.
• Excellent knowledge of phonics (Twinkl phonics).
• Ability to differentiate for SEND pupils within the class.

Responsibilities

• Teach Year 2 in Eastleigh and deliver learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with LSA team to support pupil progress.
• Ensure safeguarding guidelines are followed and DBS is up to date.

Part- time 0.4 contract 08:00-16:00 Every Thursday and Friday

We at Supply Desk are seeking a KS1 teacher for an Ofsted good rated school with "outstanding" features. As this is a job share, a teacher who has passed their ECT training would be preferred.
