Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking qualified Primary Teachers for Downham Market and surrounding areas. You can choose daily supply or long-term placements to suit your timetable, with flexible week-by-week scheduling and local school partnerships.

We welcome both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT) looking to broaden their experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. A supportive local consultant will guide you through the safeguarding and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum frameworks (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• A positive, nurturing approach to classroom management and pupil engagement.
• An adaptable mindset, ready to hit the ground running and integrate smoothly into new staff groups.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to process a new one).

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day supply or long-term placements as required.
• Support school communities and guide pupils progress across key stages.
• Ensure safeguarding compliance and effective classroom management at all times.
