Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking Qualified Primary Teachers to support schools across Downham Market and West Norfolk / Cambridgeshire borders. Choose daily supply or longer fixed-term placements, developing your timetable around your preferences while delivering high-quality lessons.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, understand the Primary National Curriculum, and can engage pupils with a positive, adaptable approach.

Qualifications

• QTS or recognised equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum frameworks (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
• A positive, nurturing approach to classroom management and pupil engagement.
• An adaptable mindset, ready to hit the ground running and integrate smoothly into new staff groups.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across different primary key stages in daily supply or long-term placements.
• Support school communities by maintaining high classroom standards and pupil progression.
• Adapt quickly to new schools, grade bands and timetables.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare procedures are followed in line with DBS requirements.
