Job summary

Milk Education is working with a welcoming primary school in North Tyneside to recruit a dedicated Primary Support Practitioner for a full-time role starting in September 2026.

You will provide practical and learning support throughout the school day, helping pupils feel confident, included and ready to learn, while supporting classroom routines and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Caring, patient and approachable personality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and confident with different age groups.
• Genuine interest in children's learning and development.
