Job summary

Milk Education – Northumberland is recruiting a Primary Education Assistant to support children in a friendly primary setting from September 2026. This full-time role involves working alongside experienced teachers and support staff to deliver day-to-day classroom activities and targeted pupil support.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a patient, adaptable approach, enabling effective teamwork and a positive learning environment.

Milk Education is recruiting a Primary Education Assistant to work within a friendly and inclusive school in Northumberland from September 2026.

This full-time position is ideal for someone who wants to play an active role in supporting children’s education while working alongside experienced teachers and support staff.

The Role

• Assist teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
