Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team on a temporary basis with a rolling contract starting from 9 November.

You will deliver engaging lessons across various year groups and step in for absent teachers to maintain continuity. With QTS or equivalent, you will manage classrooms, tailor teaching methods, and collaborate with staff to support learners, including SEN.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience in education settings preferred but not essential
• Strong classroom management to engage and motivate students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, colleagues and parents
• Flexibility, resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the school curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive inclusive learning environment
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs and ensure continuity
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for smooth transitions during absences
• Provide feedback on student progress and maintain records as required
