Job summary

Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher to work across Dudley area primary schools, delivering engaging lessons for KS1 and KS2 and maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT, we would love to hear from you. The role is a temporary supply position with flexible options and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

  • QTS is required.
  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
  • Confidence teaching across KS1 and KS2.
  • Strong classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

Primary Supply Teacher - Dudley

Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and adaptable Primary School Teacher to work within welcoming and supportive primary schools across the Dudley area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is confident teaching across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour.

The Role

As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across KS1 and KS2.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams.
  • Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.
The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within UK primary schools.
  • Confidence teaching across both KS1 and KS2.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
  • A commitment to supporting pupils' academic and personal development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
