Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a Primary Teacher for day-to-day supply roles in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. You will teach in different primary schools, delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting pupils with engaging, creative activities.

The role offers flexible day-to-day work, no planning or extensive meetings, and a dedicated consultant to guide you through the registration process and ongoing placements. A strong reference and QTS are required.

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching in a Primary school across EYFS/KS1/KS2.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in an engaging and creative way to your class.
  • Work alongside Teaching Assistants to create a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Mark students’ work in line with each school’s policy at the end of the day.
  • Supply teaching in various schools with no planning or meetings required.

We are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to join our team, to work in various primary schools in Wolverhampton on a day-to-day supply basis. Working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish Education allows you to work where and when you want - giving you a great work-life balance! What’s more, day to day supply teaching requires no planning or meetings, which takes away all additional pressures of teaching and allows you to do what you love - teach!

Expectations
  • Work alongside Teaching Assistants to help create a positive and safe learning environment
  • Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class
  • Mark students’ work in line with each school’s marking policy at the end of the school day
Requirements
  • Experience teaching in a Primary school in either EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer
