Job summary

Aspire People is seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across Northamptonshire including Northampton, Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough. The role is temporary/agency, with flexible start dates and assignments across different towns.

Suitable candidates will have experience with children, good communication and a patient, flexible approach. Travel between locations and adherence to safeguarding procedures are required.

Supply Teaching Assistant - Northamptonshire

We are recruiting reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools throughout Northamptonshire.

Opportunities are available in Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and surrounding areas, supporting schools with day-to-day staffing requirements.

This role is ideal for candidates with previous Teaching Assistant experience who enjoy working with children, adapting to different school environments and helping pupils access learning.

Flexibility is essential, as assignments may be offered across different towns depending on school requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
