Job summary

Aspire People is seeking student teachers to support primary schools across Manchester through flexible daily supply work, helping you gain practical classroom experience while continuing your studies. You will work under supervision and safeguarding guidelines to develop confidence in teaching tasks.

This role offers opportunities to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, develop behaviour management skills, build your professional network with schools in the Manchester area, and explore longer-term

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a primary teaching qualification or equivalent teacher-training route.
• Some experience working with children is desirable.
• A genuine interest in primary education.
• A reliable, adaptable and professional approach.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding.

Aspire People are looking for student teachers to support primary schools across Manchester through flexible daily supply opportunities. This is an excellent way to build classroom confidence, develop behaviour management skills and gain experience across different year groups before qualifying.

The Role May Include:

• Working as a Teaching Assistant to support classroom learning
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting with phonics, reading, writing and Maths activities
