Aspire People is recruiting student teachers, trainee teachers and education students for paid school work across Manchester. If you're studying towards teaching or an education qualification, this is a great way to gain classroom experience while earning alongside your studies.

We offer flexible opportunities, daily, part-time and longer-term roles in primary schools, with support from a dedicated consultant to help you find placements that fit your timetable.

Still studying but want to gain more experience working in schools?

Aspire People are looking for student teachers, trainee teachers and education students who want to gain paid school experience alongside their studies.

With the new academic year now underway, we're working with primary schools across Manchester who need additional support staff.

If you're currently completing your teacher training, studying an education-related course or working towards QTS, this can be a great way to build your classroom experience outside of your formal placements while earning alongside your studies.

We'll work with you to understand your availability and look for opportunities that fit around your course and other commitments.

Opportunities Could Include:

• Teaching Assistant work
• Learning Support Assistant positions
• 1:1 pupil support
• Small-group interventions
• Reading and phonics support
• Classroom assistance
• PPA and intervention support
• HLTA-style responsibilities where appropriate
