Job summary

St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary School in Nunthorpe is seeking a proactive caretaker to join the Estates and Facilities Team. The role covers site-based duties, weekly compliance activities, general maintenance, painting and decorating, minor refurbishment works, porterage, and key holding.

Location: St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary School, Cookgate, Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, TS7 0PZ

Required:As soon as possible

Salary: £25,989 - £26,403 pro-rata (actual salary £19,140 - £19,445)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 30 hours, Term Time only plus 3 weeks split shift (open 7-10 am, 2.45-5.45pm close)

This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced caretaking professional who will join a team delivering effective estates and facilities management services across our schools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
