Job summary

Wellington Lions Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND and work with teachers to deliver engaging activities. You will help develop literacy, numeracy, communication and social skills, providing tailored learning support and monitoring progress and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates have classroom experience or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and are passionate about helping young people reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEND and learning needs.
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent required.
• Ability to support literacy, numeracy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning activities.
