Teaching Tomorrow is excited to partner with a fantastic SEND school in Dunstable in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary SEND Teacher to start immediately. This role offers you the chance to work in a nurturing and innovative setting, teaching young people with a variety of needs including:

  • Autism (ASD)
  • Social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH)
  • ADHD
  • FASD
  • Anxiety
  • Communication and interaction challenges
  • Cognition and learning needs

Your role will involve creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive and achieve.

As a part of this role, you will:
  • Inspire and engage pupils through energetic and creative teaching approaches.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to deliver exceptional education standards.
  • Regularly assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and the wider team.
  • Implement diverse teaching strategies and utilise resources that foster active learning and pupil participation.
  • Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports the needs of all learners.
  • Uphold and embody the school’s values by adhering to all policies and procedures with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working in the SEND sector
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with diverse needs
  • Creativity, patience, and resilience in the classroom
