Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Primary SEND Teacher to join a specialist network, delivering a child-centred curriculum in a small, supportive environment. Lead an engaging class of 6-10 pupils with dedicated Teaching Assistants and work within a multidisciplinary team to meet EHCP targets.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS and experience in Primary setting (EYFS/KS1/KS2).
• Demonstrate SEND advocacy and understanding of ASC, PMLD, SLD or SEMH.
• Able to adapt lessons quickly to meet sensory/emotional needs.
• Willing to safeguard with an enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke, sensory-rich lessons aligned to EHCP targets.
• Lead a team of LSAs/TAs with a low-arousal classroom approach.
• Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary teams to integrate goals.
