Position Details

• Location: Primary School in Kingston
• Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
• Daily Rate: £90-£110 (Choice of Umbrella or PAYE)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your role will be vital in providing tailored support to ensure each child's learning experience is positive and inclusive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with various SEN, both inside and outside the classroom.
2. Assist in the delivery of individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
3. Support the social and emotional development of students with SEN, fostering confidence and independence.
4. Promote positive behaviour and attitudes within the school community.
