Location: Underley Garden School, Kirkby Lonsdale, LA6 2DZ
Salary: Up to GBP41,000.00 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

As a Primary SEND Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils' achievement and ability to develop.

Underley Garden School caters to pupils aged 5-19 with complex needs related to autism and learning disabilities, including communication, sensory, and behavioral challenges. We adopt a holistic, person-centered approach to help pupils achieve their fullest potential, providing education, care, and therapy tailored to individual needs.
Located near Kirkby Lonsdale, on the edge of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, with easy access from Lancaster, Cumbria, and surrounding areas.

You will work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, supporting work/life balance. The 4-Day Working Week is subject to successful probation and is not a contractual benefit.
