SEN Teacher - Warrington - September 2025 Start
Full Academic Year Long-Term Role Excellent Support 140- 225 per day

Tradewind Education is currently recruiting an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a well-regarded Special Educational Needs school in Warrington from September 2025 until July 2026. This is a full-time, long-term role with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties.

About the Role:

• Position: SEN Teacher

• Start Date: September 2025

• Duration: Until July 2026

• Salary: 140- 225 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

• Hours: Full-time, term-time only

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS

• Have experience teaching students with SEND, ideally within a specialist setting

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and a nurturing approach

• Be confident in planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs

• Be proactive, adaptable and a team player

• Have an up-to-date enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)

• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with teaching assistants, parents and therapists
