Job summary

Esland Doncaster School in Doncaster is seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join our NEW SEN school. You will deliver a targeted curriculum for primary pupils with SEMH, ASD or ADHD, working alongside our leadership team to support learners to reach their potential.

The role requires QTS and a relevant degree, a commitment to safeguarding, and a passion for creating a nurturing environment with a strong focus on pupil welfare and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• QTS and a relevant degree are required.
• Experience with SEMH, ASD or ADHD is desirable.
• Strong safeguarding commitment.
• Experience in SEN/Nursery settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a targeted primary curriculum for pupils with SEND.
• Provide nurture-based instruction and support pupil wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to monitor progress.
• Uphold safeguarding and promote inclusive practice.
