Job summary

Premier Education Ltd. is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join partner primary specialist schools in the Atherton/Leigh area on a supply basis.

You will support children with SEN across varying year groups, delivering targeted interventions and helping create a positive learning environment. Successful candidates will have an Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred) or be willing to apply, and must provide two references covering the last two years.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people who have SEN.
• Willing to adapt to different year groups and school requirements.
• DBS update service required or willing to apply.
• Provide two references covering last 2 years employment.
• Passion for primary education and supporting learners.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a specific year group / phase depending on your experience and school requirements
• Delivering engaging interventions
• Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure pupil progress
• Supporting children with mild to complex specialist education needs
