The role involves supporting primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs within the classroom and assisting teachers to manage challenging behaviours.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting primary-aged children, ideally with SEMH or additional needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviour in an education setting.
• Patient, resilient and supportive approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively alongside teachers and support staff.
• A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
