The Teaching Assistant will work closely with staff to help pupils access the curriculum, provide targeted support, and promote inclusion for students with special educational needs. Previous TA experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school is preferred.
• Patience, adaptability, and passion for supporting children's education.
• Qualifications or experience working with SEN pupils is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils within the classroom.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, ensuring their inclusion in all activities.
• Helping to create a positive, nurturing education and training environment for all children.
