Academics are delighted to represent an 'Outstanding' primary school in Dorking looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a daily rate of £95 - £105.

The Teaching Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support to pupils, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. This is a term-time role in a welcoming school community.

Qualifications

• Experience as a teaching assistant or similar role.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and inclusion in activities.
• Helping to create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
