Kent Teaching Solutions Ltd. is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant for a primary school near Maidstone. The role offers both part-time and full-time hours to suit candidates.

You will support pupils under teaching staff, assist with lesson preparation, supervise groups, and help manage classroom behavior in a safe, engaging learning environment. Applicants with Level 2/3 TA qualifications or strong TA experience are warmly welcomed. A valid enhanced DBS check is required or undertaken.

Formación

• Experience as a teaching assistant or Level 2/3 TA qualification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate children.

Responsabilidades

• To work under the guidance of teaching staff to provide a safe and healthy environment for pupils
• Supervise and assist individual and small groups of pupils in lessons
• Help teachers prepare lesson materials and equipment, get the classroom ready for lessons and clear away after
• Observe, record and report pupils progress to teachers
• Help teachers manage class behaviour
• Supervise group activities, including outings and sports events
• Look after children who are upset or unwell
