Long-Term Teachers in Redruth, Cornwall is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning, wellbeing and development within a vibrant primary school setting.

The role involves working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities, with a focus on nurturing and child-centred learning. The school welcomes both full-time and part-time candidates (minimum three days per week).

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's professional experience working with children.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Passion for child-centred learning and ability to build positive relationships.

Responsabilités

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging learning activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils access the curriculum.
