Qualifications

• Experience with children with medical conditions.
• Ability to form positive relationships with pupils, staff and external professionals.
• Willingness to participate in induction and training programme.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and health care, health monitoring and basic therapy programmes as determined by external agencies for the child.
• Liaise with school staff and external agencies to ensure medical conditions are met.
• Support learning and inclusion for the child within the Early Years Foundation Stage and Primary environment.
