Connex Education Partnership is recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Littleover, Normanton, Sunny Hill, Peartree and the wider DE23 area. We offer day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Roles are available on full-time, part-time and flexible schedules, with weekly PAYE payments and immediate starts.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working with children in a UK primary school or similar educational setting.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above.
• Confidence supporting pupils individually and in small groups.

• A reliable and flexible attitude.
• The ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and school environments.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

Connex Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Littleover, Normanton, Sunny Hill, Peartree and the wider DE23 area.

We are currently seeing strong demand from local schools and are looking for reliable, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who are available for work throughout the autumn term.

Whether you are looking for five days a week, a few regular days, or flexible supply work around other commitments, we would like to hear from you.

Opportunities are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including day-to-day cover, short-term assignments and longer-term placements.

The Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and school staff to help pupils get the most from their school day.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Helping pupils remain engaged and focused on their learning.
• Supporting positive behaviour within the classroom.
