Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a friendly Primary School Teaching Assistant for the BS22 Weston-super-Mare area. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, supporting pupils in the classroom and assisting the teacher with engaging lessons.

You will work with individuals and small groups, help children access learning, and support transitions, routines, and positive behaviours, while promoting a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is essential.
• Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.

Location: BS22, Weston-super-Mare
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm

Are you a friendly and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a primary school? We are working with a primary school in the BS22 area of Weston-super-Mare who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team and support pupils in the classroom.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help them build confidence, develop their skills and enjoy their learning.

The Role:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons


• Working with individuals and small groups to support learning


• Helping children access learning and stay engaged with activities
