TeacherActive are recruiting a Primary School Teacher for a part-time temporary role in Tredegar. The post focuses on developing Welsh language skills while encouraging pupil engagement and safeguarding within a newly built Welsh-medium school.

The successful candidate will manage pupils in the Early Years class and use creative resources to support learning, while adhering to safeguarding guidelines and child protection policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Primary School Teacher with QTS.
• Fluent Welsh language skills essential.
• Experience with pupils in primary/early years and ALN support.

£172.98 per day *subject to increase in September

TeacherActive are proud to be working with a modern Primary school located in Tredegar. The school aims to provide children with the best possible education through the medium of Welsh whilst helping them become responsible individuals who make a positive and constructive contribution to society.

The school is looking to take on a highly skilled Primary School Teacher part time on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pupils in their Early Years class, supporting their learning of the Welsh language with an enthusiastic teaching style. You will be expected to educate and motivate pupils using creative resources to contribute to their development whilst following child protection and safeguarding guidelines. This role will be a great opportunity to enhance your skills and develop your experience as a Primary School Teacher.
