Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to cover day-to-day placements across Stockport and surrounding areas. You will teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a variety of welcoming primary schools.

Choose your days, work with pre-planned lessons where available, and build long-term relationships with local schools. DBS and QTS are required, with opportunities for longer-term roles and ongoing CPD.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Experience teaching in a primary setting is essential.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability to new environments are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day supply across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Cover in a range of primary schools in Stockport and surroundings.
• Select days to suit your schedule with pre-planned lessons where available.
• Build relationships with local schools with potential longer-term bookings.
• Attend background checks and DBS as part of the hire process.

Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexibility without compromising on classroom experience? We’re seeking enthusiastic, adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to cover day-to-day placements in a range of welcoming primary schools across Stockport and the surrounding areas.

About the Role:

• Day-to-day supply teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Work in a variety of primary schools throughout Manchester
• Choose the days that suit you – full flexibility around your schedule
• Step into classrooms with pre-planned lessons where available
• Build relationships with local schools, with the potential for longer-term bookings or permanent opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a primary setting
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for pupil progress
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
