Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, Hartlepool, is seeking a capable and inspirational KS1 teacher for a temporary, full-time post covering Spring and Summer 2027. The role starts on 1 January 2027 and requires planning and delivering an engaging curriculum while providing strong pastoral care.

The ideal candidate will contribute to a caring school community, work well with colleagues, and be committed to continual school improvement and professional development.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an inspirational Teacher to join our successful and happy school, in Key Stage 1. This post is temporary and full time, for two terms - Spring and Summer 2027.

We are seeking:

• a creative and flexible practitioner, with a good understanding of curriculum and assessment;
• someone who is able to plan and deliver an engaging curriculum, which promotes good progress from individual starting points;
• an individual who can provide effective pastoral care to ensure our pupils feel safe, valued and understood; and
• a committed teacher who can work well with our dedicated team of staff.
