Primary School Teacher
Location: Colchester
Pay Scale: £125 – £220 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier if available)
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

As aPrimary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary age range. You will be working with supportive leadership teams and a welcoming community to inspire and motivate young learners.

Your Responsibilities as a Primary School Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to the individual learning needs of students.
• Assess and track pupils' progress, providing feedback and support.
• Establish a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and parents.
• Take part in school meetings, CPD, and extracurricular activities.

Primary School Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Recent teaching experience in UK primary schools.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A child-centred and adaptable teaching approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
