Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers for primary schools in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will cover day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements across Key Stage 1 and 2, ensuring engaging lessons from day one and strong pupil engagement.

Applicants should have QTS or equivalent, excellent classroom management, and a proactive, adaptable approach. Roles offer flexibility, local support, and opportunities to work across multiple Boston schools.

Supply Teacher - Primary Schools, Boston, Lincolnshire

£130 - £220 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)

Simply Education continue to work in strong partnership with local primary schools across Boston, and we are therefore recruiting enthusiastic, adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team. We're looking to fill day-to-day, short-term, and long-term bookings, so whether you want maximum flexibility or the stability of a longer placement, we'll have something to suit you.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, stepping confidently into classrooms and connecting with pupils and staff from day one. Assignments range from single-day cover through to longer-term bookings, giving you the flexibility to choose what fits around your life.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management and a genuine passion for primary education
• Flexibility and confidence working across different school settings
• A proactive, positive attitude - no two days are ever the same!
