Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our team in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. You will cover day-to-day, short-term, and long-term bookings across Key Stage 1 and 2, delivering engaging lessons from day one.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £130–£220, paid weekly, with a dedicated local consultant and access to a wide range of primary schools in the Sleaford area. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Strong classroom management and a genuine passion for primary education.
• Flexibility and ability to work across different school settings.
• Proactive, positive attitude and adaptability across varied day-to-day environments.

Simply Education continue to work in strong partnership with local primary schools across Sleaford, and we are therefore recruiting enthusiastic, adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team. We're looking to fill day-to-day, short-term, and long-term bookings, so whether you want maximum flexibility or the stability of a longer placement, we'll have something to suit you.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, stepping confidently into classrooms and connecting with pupils and staff from day one.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management and a genuine passion for primary education
• Flexibility and confidence working across different school settings
• A proactive, positive attitude - no two days are ever the same!
