Role Description

This is an on-site part time contract role for a Primary School Music Teacher located in Staffordshire.

The Primary School Music Teacher will be responsible for implementing the music curriculum, teaching music to primary school students, and engaging students through various music-related activities and lessons. Day-to-day tasks will include delivering lessons from provided planning, conducting classes, assessing student progress, and collaborating with other teachers and staff to create an enriching educational environment for students. All teaching resources, planning, instruments and technology will be provided by Key Sounds.

Requirements

• Strong teaching skills with a focus on Music Education

• Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff

• Passion for education and ability to inspire young learners

• Bachelor's degree in Music or related field, or

• Relevant teaching certifications and licenses

• Previous experience in a primary school setting is preferred

• Ability to play a musical instrument / read music notation
