  • Act as PA to the Headteacher & Office Manager and provide support to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage school communications, diary management and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records including pupil data, attendance and safeguarding systems (SIMS experience desirable).
  • Coordinate recruitment, HR and payroll-related administration.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and the local authority.

Primary School Deputy Office Manager

A supportive primary school in Waltham Forest, London are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and enthusiastic Deputy School Office Manager to join their vibrant and inclusive school community as soon as possible. This is a full time, permanent role!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the smooth running of our school office on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role

As the Deputy Office Manager, you will assist the office manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the school office, acting as a key point of contact for staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies. You will be responsible for managing administrative systems, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of all office procedures.

Key Responsibilities
