Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a confident Primary Supply Teacher to work across primary schools in Leeds LS16, LS27 and surrounding areas from September. You will deliver lessons, maintain routines and ensure pupils receive high-quality teaching throughout the day.

You can set your available days, preferred year groups and travel range, with support from a 24/7 consultant team and access to CPD courses through My-Progression. Competitive day rates apply.

Qualifications

• UK QTS is required.
• Previous UK primary school experience is required.
• Knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum is essential.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management is expected.
• Good safeguarding awareness is essential.
• Flexible and professional approach to work across multiple schools.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Salary: £150 - £180 per day

TeacherActive is looking for a confident and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to work across primary schools in LS16, LS27 and surrounding Leeds areas from September.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will support schools with both planned and last-minute staff absence. The successful Primary Supply Teacher will deliver lessons, maintain classroom routines, manage behaviour and ensure pupils receive high-quality teaching throughout the day.

You can tell us which days you are available, which year groups you prefer and how far you are prepared to travel.

The successful Primary Supply Teacher will have:

• UK QTS

• Previous UK primary school experience

• Knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum

• Good classroom and behaviour management
