Job summary

Oasis Academy Hadley is seeking an energetic After School Club Leader to oversee our Primary Phase after-school and holiday club provision. You will lead a team to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for students, with a clear emphasis on wellbeing and safeguarding.

The role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating staff rotas, and ensuring high-quality care during term-time sessions from 15:45 to 18:00, with a warm, inclusive approach for all children in our care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the After School Club team, delivering a stimulating, inclusive, safe learning environment for students.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the club and Holiday Club provision.
• Manage staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels with safeguarding as a priority.

To lead the After School Club team in providing a stimulating, inclusive, safe learning environment for students in After School Club and Holiday Club provision.

You will lead a team in delivering high-quality care, promoting children's wellbeing, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and supervision.
