Oasis Academy Hadley in Enfield is seeking a Primary Phase After School Club Assistant to support the club leader and care for pupils after the school day.

You will supervise, promote positive behaviour, encourage independence and confidence, and help maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging environment during term-time, from 15:45 to 18:00. This role emphasises safeguarding and pastoral care. The hourly rate is £15.00.

RESPONSIBLE TO: The Principal, Deputy Principal Primary, under the day-to-day management and leadership of the Primary Phase After School Club Leader

HOURLY RATE: £15.00 per hour

KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Academy Leadership Team; relevant teaching and support staff; Oasis Community Learning; LA representatives; partner professionals; parents; local community; other Oasis Academies.

LOCATION: Oasis Academy Hadley

WORKING PATTERN: 15.45 to 18.00 term time
