Job summary

RECRUITMENTiQ is partnering with an all-through academy in Shropshire to recruit a part-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a fixed-term basis ending 21 July 2028. The HLTA will work with the SENCO and staff to deliver high-quality learning, plan, monitor and assess progress, and remove barriers to success.

You will support pupils with diverse needs, fostering independence, confidence and resilience in and beyond the classroom, ensuring every child feels valued and ready to learn as part of

Qualifications

• Plan, deliver, monitor and assess learning to raise standards.
• Work closely with SENCO and teaching staff.
• Support pupils with a range of needs including SEMH.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils' academic progress and wellbeing in class.
• Contribute to nurturing, inclusive learning environments.
• Assist in planning and delivering lessons within a new provision.
