The Learning Community Trust is seeking Learning Support Mentors to join HLC Primary and support pupils from Reception to Year 6 with personalised learning plans. You will work closely with teachers to create an engaging, inclusive classroom experience.

Visits to the school are welcome. The role offers CPD opportunities within the Trust and a supportive team environment focused on safeguarding and pupil welfare.

Qualifications

• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Experience delivering personalised learning support.
• Ability to work with pupils across Reception to Year 6.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalised learning support in collaboration with teachers.
• Support pupils with additional needs across Reception to Year 6.
