Qualifications

• GCSE level literacy and numeracy is required.
• Good English and maths essential to support learners.
• Experience in a primary school is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and adults.
• Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support learning in the classroom as an LSA.
• Take groups or individuals to focused activities planned by the teacher.
• Work as mid-day-meals supervisor during lunch period.
• Provide first aid to children in your care.
• Administer medicines as required per policy.
